I am a loving person who is passionate about everything I'm involved in. While I was in high school, I first became a caregiver for my maternal great grandmother. She became ill. Myself and other relatives took turns being her caregiver during the day and overnight. I also worked for Texas Home Health in Longview, TX for a year. I was a caregiver for my maternal grandmother after she had a stroke. I made sure she took her medicine, cleaned her home, did her laundry, made sure she completed any tasks she was given by her occupational, physical, and speech therapists. I would assist her with bathing and going to the restroom as needed. I also transported her to the doctor, store, and other places she needed to go.
