I Wanted To Become A Caregiver To Give The Residents A Bond & Make Them Feel Like Family & Show Them Others Care. I Love Seeing Their Bright Smiles & Being Able To Make Their Day Better. I Love To Be Able To Bond With The Residents While Getting My Duties Done Even When The Residents Are Having A Bad Day!! Being Able To Make Their Day Or Even Getting Them Out The Bed For A Little Makes Me Proud!! Getting Them To Do Activities Or At least Try New Things That They Refuse To Do Makes Me Feel I Achieved Something. I Just Want To Treat All Residents How I Would Want My Grandparents & Parents Be Treated If It Was Them!!
