Live in Provider 24 hour care for an elderly female and hourly for both male and female clients. Light housekeeping , running errands. Provide companionship, conversation, and mental stimulation. Accompany client on errands, appointments and doctor visits. Schedule medical appointments for client and provide transportation to and from appointments. Assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, grooming, bathing and toileting. Contact client family and doctors in reference to client condition Encourage exercise, hydration, and medication reminders. Answer telephone and take messages.
