I believe I'm a great caregiver because I'm compassionate loving caring and have a lot of patience. I have not being a caregiver before but working at the nursing home I learned that the resident enjoyed it when I would talk to them and listen to them when they approached my station. I would love to be able to do that again, give a lending ear and just help out with whatever their needs are. Working at the nursing home made me happy to hear the residents tell me that I was a good friend that's the best achievement of all. My personal achievement is being a grandmother it's the most wonderful feeling in the world.
