I've done a bit of assisting in nursing homes with relatives who actually were employed there, and once alone in Utah. However, while I haven't actually been EMPLOYED in a professional setting as a caregiver, I have PLENTY of personal experience. I can handle all types of different personalities! It's a joy to work with the elderly. They spew so much wisdom, and knowledge. I enjoy being around them! I admire, and adore their strength. They've paved the way for the youth, I just would love to give back to them. They deserve peace/tranquility, and delicacy. I've been a "caregiver" all of my life, tending to the elderly within my family, and those of close friends. Whether they were Ill, or disabled. I've had a burning passion for this since as long as I can remember! I do plan to attend CNA/Medical school, I just need the finances to do so. I have two smaller children of my own I take care of as well. I want to not only build a career I'd enjoy, but for my boys who deserves the stability! I'm willing to go through any amount of training you feel is necessary, or supervising before I can gain your trust to take care of your dear loved one.
