Once I find the product, I placed items in the bag then in a bin that is label for the customer. I ensure I separate all the bins based on time of pick up. Any item that is a frozen food product or needs refrigeration in place in freezers or refrigerators to keep the products fresh as well as maintain their quality. When it was time for the pick-up, I gather all of their totes and bring them outside to their car and place them in the trunk or backseat. I also, issue out credits to customers that had issues or had products return due to expiration dated.
