I believe creating a bond with my patient and being a very empathetic person makes me a great caregiver. Being able to take care of my mother and seeing everything that comes with being a caretaker really opened my eyes to finally finding something I love to do and I could make a career out of it. The most I enjoy was being there for someone that needed me, it truly warms my heart being able to help someone else it does just as much to me as it does to the person I am caring for. I'm proud that I was the one who took care of my mother on her last days and was there for her every moment it was hard but it brought me a lot of closure when she passed and was very proud of the fact that I took very good care of her.
