Hello, my name is Marilyn. I am a compassionate caregiver with over 10+ years of experience of providing in-home care for seniors and those with disabilities. I enjoy helping client's that I assist with meal prep, exercising, grocery shopping, organizing, medications reminder, companionship and light housekeeping. I have experience with clients who has demonstrated needing/care with dementia. I take pride in providing centered care while staying true to my caring, funny, down to earth personality. My passion for helping others started when my father became terminally ill with cancer. I was his full-time caregiver and realized I had a gift caring for others. I really love what I do! I get to make a difference in some amazing people life. One of my biggest professional achievements was receiving the "Director's Award" for outstanding service to clients at my last employer. I take pride in learning new information and I continue to learn and grow by taking online courses that Carelinx offers. The courses helps me to be the best caregiver I can be. I also have 95% of positive reviews and a 100% clean driving record. I hope to add your love one's on my care team.

I am very well suited for the Field of Care Giving. I am a CNA. I am compassionate. I care very much about my Client's situation in life and want to do my best to help them cope and endure with their various health concerns. Also, I have more than 20 years in the care of others with various Ailments. I was attracted to this Field as a result of my Mother and Sisters involvement as well as my being a naturally caring person. I enjoy making a difference in the lives of my Clients. I look for opportunities to improve their care in whatever way I can. A couple of things I am very proud of is being able to understand and communicate successfully with a Client who is a Stroke Victim. Also, finding a solution to help relieve the severe irritation of a Client's scalp.
