I'm a good caregiver because I love people especially seniors. I was living in Dallas Texas and taking care of my mother 100 miles away in Tyler Texas for about 5 years: back and forth. She passed away in June 2012. I went back to school and graduated as Patient Care Technician, CNA, and Medical Office Assistant. I can now take care of someone's family with knowledge that I didn't have taking care of my mother. I'm employed at Windsor Senior Living/Blue Harbor Senior Living. I started work in September 2013 as a caregiver and worked as a caregiver for 10 months, then I was promoted to Medication Aide and I work in a 100+ Senior/Memory Care/Assisted Living facility and I'm the medication aide to 30 to 35 residents which I've been serving over 1 1/2 years 5 days a week. I enjoy using my knowledge and experience working with the Seniors.
