I belive you need to be able to walk in someone else's shoes in order to understand them and see from there perspective and not alot of people can truly 100 percent do that. It has helped me to gain insight and understading in situations I did not understand. I am compassionate patient and caring. I belive everyone deserves respect and when dealing with the elderly you should give the up most respect. Everyone has a story and if you give the time and the ear you can learn alot along the way.
