Supervise and assist as needed residents with meal preparation, housekeeping responsibilities, personal hygiene, grooming and other activities as needed. Maintain clinical records as designated by company policies and procedures such as but not limited to: documentation of assigned training classes; physical observation; significant observation notes and any behavioral management programs. Provide input to the interdisciplinary team for individual program planning for assigned individuals served. Train and instruct residents in areas of the individual program plan under the training system established by the case manager. Provide transportation to clients as required or directed. Supervise clients in recreational activities both on and off campus. Have responsibility during evening or weekend hours to contact staff in case of an emergency or urgent situation. Make written reports of significant incidents occurring during shift. Serve as one of the informal advocates for clients. Correct, redirect, and appropriately respond to clients u acceptable behaviors and help clients meet interdisciplinary team goals and and objectives. Supervise clients on self-medications as delegated by the RN. Provide first-aid assistance to all clients and assist the nurse in the follow through on medical needs for residents. As directed,complete weekly meal monitoring sheets, assigned chores, Andrew assist with weekly budgets and special requests.

Obtained a clientele through family members of former clients, community boards, hospital discharge planners and Facebook advertising. My daily responsibilities consisted of Managing medications, make written reports of significant incidents that might occur , provide transportation from household to doctor appointments, Responsible for contacting on call nurses for any urgent medical emergencies , Oversee general upkeep and repair of house interior and cleaning of yards, report structural problem areas to immediate family members (roof leaks, appliance failures.) Assist in maintaining all necessary groceries and supplies for client needs. Keep records of all purchases made for the clients and assisted with weekly budgets. Assisted and Performed other duties as assigned by family or nurses for unscheduled and irregular needs that may arise.
