* Conduct appropriate researches, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics, using statistical methods, and quality tools to continuously improve process capability. * Prepare and maintain Quality directives, policies, processes, procedures, and metrics to assure programs, contracts, customers, regulatory requirements, international standards, and working agreements are deployed. * Interface with customers, business partners, suppliers and regulators on various quality related topics and issues. * Develop and coordinate responses to customers, business partners, suppliers and regulators for management review and approval. * Analyze process data, metrics, models and flows to identify root cause of problems. Participates with stakeholders to develop potential preventive or corrective actions. Verifies that appropriate preventive or corrective actions are implemented. * Review proposals, contracts, regulatory, program and customer requirements to develop quality assurance plans and tests for hardware and software products, processes, and services ensuring early quality involvement in program development using established processes.
