My name is Philomina Uzomba , from San Antonio. I am a Certified Nurse Assistant in the State of Texas. I have 6 years experiences, I have worked in so many faciliyies like Assisted living, Nursing home, and Hospital. I have hospital experiences, I have work with Methodist Specialty Transplant hospital in San Antonio as a PCA ,also worked with St. Luke's Baptist hospital as PCA & Unit secretary where I assisted my patients with ADLs, like bathing with CHG, grooming, feeding, answering of call lights, checking of glucose of patients, taking of vitals, observation and monitoring, reporting any changes to my Charge nurse. The reason why I love doing this job is I was with my mother when she passed away 2002 due to lack of money to take adequate care she deserved , so I vowed not to let that happen to any other individual, but to make sure am always there for them, that's why am aspiring to be a nurse in order to help and assist those sick patients, by being compassionate and empathetic to them. What I enjoy most being a care giver is that I was able to put smile on someone's face and make thier day. A professional achievement I am proud of is being professional on my job by delivering quality care to my patients and more importantly, putting smile on thier faces. Thank you. Philomina. 2109145976
