I have been a care giver for almost 2 years now, I started with my grandfather when he had blood cancer and I took care of him. Most of my career revolves around the corporate world I was a manager in multiple big companies but I have never found satisfaction in that industry. I believe not everyone can be a care giver as it requires a lot of patience, understanding and sacrifice. Not only do I have those qualities but I find satisfaction in this kind of job knowing that you are able to help someone and build a connection with the patient as well. Two things I love as being a care giver is that you get to meet patients that you do not know and really build a relationship with them and at the same time you get new family in the long run. Yes, I treat my patients as my family.
