I became a caregiver because I truly enjoy helping others. What I like most about being a caregiver is the smile on a patients face after I've helped them. To me the people I care for become an extended part of my family. You enjoy being around them and helping them, talking to them, interacting with them. I am very polite and respectful. I am on time and or will notify you in advance if I'm running late. I understand that in this field you need patience and I do have a lot of that. I am able to multi task and finish my tasks in a timely manner. I have experience with Alzheimer's and dementia also with other mental health disorders.
