Took care of Bob, Shaun's father. He was blind. I would run errands for him, take him to the Dr. Take him grocery shopping with me. He loved the Starbucks coffee. I would do all the ADL. I would get his meds prepared morning, noon and night. Clean and do laundry. Read his mail to him, but sperate the bills for his son. Check his vitals. Check his blood sugar. Give him a shot of one insulin if needed, if it was low I would make him orange juice. Kept everything I done documented. One for me and one for Shawn. If I was working nights I would get him ready for bed and put him in bed. Documenting any sores, scratches , ect.

MAD SURE BEDRIDDEN PATIENTS WERE TURNED EVERY 2 HOURS. ANSWERED CALL BUTTON. WORKED WITH DEMENTIA PATIENTS. KEPT EVERYTHING DOCUMENTED AND KEPT MY OWN JOURNAL. TREATED EVERYONE WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. PATIENTS AND CO-WORKERS.
