Hello, My name is Arionna and I've been a CNA/Caregiver for 9 years now. I have a passion for healthcare and I love taking care of others. I grew up around the nursing home environment because my mom is a nurse and I loved going to her job to play with the elderly. That definitely peaked my interest in wanting to work in the healthcare field as I got older. I enjoy listening to the different stories and just simply getting to know the elders. They have so much wisdom and knowledge to offer. Also just being there for them and doing whatever I can makes me feel good about the work that I'm doing. A personal achievement I am most proud of is going back to school. I'm currently working on a BS degree in healthcare administration and hope to one day have my own memory care facility and home health agency.
