About Rachel

I believe am a great caregiver because of my grandmother, and my mother. For their gentle ways of raising me and teaching me how to show love through kindness and generosity. I enjoy meeting new people and helping where I can. I am a fast learner, I adapt well to new things and I can say that I adjusted to them as well. I became a caregiver to my Grandparents when they moved to Arizona, I would assist them with grooming, bathing, toileting, cooking, dressing and cleaning. When my grandfather was diagnoses with Dementia, I spent longer hours in a day to assist them with more, such as, Medication reminders. transporting them to dr. appointments and shopping needs. My grandmother was diagnosed with COPD and was on 100% oxygen at that point and would get winded within a few steps, she was a fall risk and needed assistance to walk, that's when I knew, I wanted to be a Caregiver for others.
