Answer inbound calls, educate members on benefits, billing, claims, typing, etc...

Stand and greet all patients as they arrive in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Demonstrate and maintain a working knowledge of customer service principles, and departmental expectations regarding customer service. Routinely check and respond to work e-mail Document in the computer system all necessary demographics, insurance verification, and financial information. Maintain patient charts; including creating new files, scanning files into the computer system, filing, shifting, and breaking down charts. Responsible for photocopying records and documents for billing purposes. Perform clerical duties, including mail delivery, faxing, copying, and scanning. Responsible for answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls. Collect co-payments or other applicable financial payments. Maintain daily financial log including documenting patient financial class, amount owed, amount collected, and scanning completion. Maintain daily patient log including documenting chief complaint, time and date of entry, time and date of exit, services rendered, and discharge/transfer information. Document patient volumes for the previous day. Maintain and compile reports and informational packets for distribution. Perform any job related to the registration process. Perform other duties as assigned.

Supervise clients with mental disabilities as well as elderly clients, administer meds, assist with hygiene if needed. Complete all forms as needed every day, asst with daily living skills etc...

Provide customer service, transport patients to and from Dr. Appointments and dialysis, communicating with facility/clinical staff and dispatcher also accurately completing administrative forms.

Provide customer service, perform urine specimen collection for adults and children, perform alcohol test, traveling to test for Point of Collection (POC) drug tests at different locations. Following appropriate collection and send out procedures for positive POC tests, communicating with facility clinical staff and field operations supervisor also accurately completing administrative forms.

Provide customer service, type progress notes after every call, answer inbound calls, billing, process payments, make outbound calls, problem solving, tech support, billing, assist new employees when needed, upsale,etc....
