In order to be a great caregiver, one must possess the quality of Compassion. Compassion is the most important quality to possess in this line of work. Building a rapport with patient and patients families is what i enjoy the most, as well as seeing the patients make progress doing better each and every day. Being able to build that rapport with a patient to the point that I can encourage them and make sure they are aware how well they are doing to keep them pushing to do more is my greatest achievement. Then they become extremely proud of themselves.
