Hello! My name is Mark Sheffield. I am 52 years old, a non-smoker, and my religion is Southern Baptist Christianity. Through CareLinx.com I am an independent (or if you prefer a private) home health care giver/provider. I have been doing this line of work for about 2 years time, first through Home Instead (2008-2009) and recently though Visiting Angels (2014-2015, I left this organization this past summer in order to get back to school and renew my Certified Nursing Assistance license). I strongly believe that this line of work takes a special kind of person, one that is willing to WANT to help out those in need, Not only do I feel like I am providing a necessary service, but I get the fulfillment of knowing that I an giving someone help who otherwise would be clearly lost without a dedicated caretaker. Of the various skills with this line of work I specialize in companionship. To me this is one of the most rewarding parts of my job. It allows me to get to know the person and find out some amazing things. My promise is that I will give the people who want to try me out a professional job to the best of my knowledge and skills and help out those who need me for what they need me for. Should concerns arise they WILL be discussed. I charge $12 per hour. For transportation I charge $0.65 per mile.
