My name is Xyreine Hawkins, a very unique but hard to pronounce name, so I usually go by my middle which is India. Im a college student at Lonestar college in Kingwood, taking up nursing. I do plan to transfer to finish up my nursing. My graduating year is 2023. My senior year in HS, I did CNA work, going to a nursing home near my school and we would help for about 3 hours ( Tuesday and Friday ) every week. I knew Health care/ Nursing was meant for me, because I had no problem helping the elderly. I didn't complain, nor did I feel disgusted. I feel as though, I'm meant to be a caregiver, I love helping others. Seeing others sad, or in need of help kills me inside, because I feel like I can help, or I want to help them and make them feel better.
