We are what we eat. Cancer can be cured and I have help people to be cancer free. With guidance and strenght we can cure our body and mind. I believe in a healthy holistic lifestyle. I'm a certified Yoga teacher. Yoga teach us to have self-control and self-discipline. Be kind to others, love each other deeply, be humble, trustworthy and have cleanliness. To be still and breathe. The Lord has put it on my heart to serve and help our precious elderly in the golden age on their spiritual journey to their next life. Helping people to be cancer free brings me the biggest joy. It's like Spring when life returns in them.
