I worked at a CNA since I was 16 years old. I have been around the medical field. Caring for elderly and dementia patients for at least thirthere's. I have set as a volunteer with hospice friends. And for the present company that I work for. I'm a very dedicated employee that loves to take care of her patients and once they become my patients, I become very. I'm not saying I love what I'll do and I'm very good at it. How are the people interrupting me can happen and I love to move around especially once I don't have much family Overprotective and overprotective of them. I am very observant. I know how to be cautious and what I do I mean. Giving their medicines reminding them, helping them 1 day. Forget things helping them even to exercise. When I don't even have to PT. I become very hands-on with their family. So they can trust me and the client can trust me as well. I don't do this just for a paycheck. I do this because I love what I do and love giving back to people that need our help. I'm very compassionate and what I do.. Just reinsuring the family that they can count on me. And knowing that they can be at ease when they leave. Their loved ones with me is my reward I feel.
