I found one of my true callings in life when I had the privilege of caring for a severely disabled woman for three years. I have always been drawn to older folks and have many "adopted" grandparents. As a mother of four children, I honed skills in handling all sorts of crisis situations. I enjoy helping people and have always been adept at anticipating needs. I have personally experienced ailments through my own autoimmune issues, so I have plenty of empathy to go around. I use nutrition and a healthy lifestyle to my advantage.
