I am empathetic, hardworking, patient and reliable. In addition, I do enjoy my job. What attracted me to being a caregiver, is that I do like to assist individuals that have a limited capability in doing the things they usually could do in the past. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver, is the smiles I bring to the patients faces. Sometimes when I sit down and have a conversation with them, I see how their mood changes. It makes me happy to see that I can make such a huge difference in their mood. The personal achievement I am proud of is when the family of a patient wrote a note thanking me for the care I provided to their family member. It brought a tear to my eye because I was being appreciated for doing a job I love doing, it showed that my labor did not go in vain
