COOKING AND HOUSING KEEPING Meal preparation, Assist with feeding, Diet grocery/shopping,vacuuming, dusting,changing sheets, laundry and cleaning of the house. SAFETY Full protection,seizure protection, o2 precaution, full time supervision, water temperature, universal precautions. VITAL SIGNS Pules, Respirations, temperature, blood pressure, weight. ACTIVITIES Transportation and others. MOBILITY Assist tyo walk, use walker, use wheelchair and using of cane. I also do Medication reminder.
