I love helping a family with an elderly relative, being respectful and kind. We see who an elderly individual is today, but most commonly we don't know the story behind them, who they were once upon a time or what they did. Being able to help an individual and their family is something important to me, I love being able to give the peace of mind that a loved one is being cared for, treated well and respected.
