As Administrator my duties were: Scheduling, front desk administration,making sure that all co- workers run on time to work, collecting payments and post payments from insurance, entering the correct procedures performed,communicating in a professional manner with patients and co-workers, and overseeing the staff to make sure they were also working as a team. Other tasks were to train our co-workers how to work on the dentrix system and make sure the patient flow was running on time. Major importance was running aging, dailysheets, and reports of the office. Also, had to make recalls and answer phones. I worked with patients major billing issues that needed to be resolved or were left pending. Transfer all dental request records to those patients who have moved to another location. I also collected accounts receivables and in charge of payroll and all account payables. Posting payments and EOB's to each patients ledger. Managing the petty cash and deposit slips. After checks were posted, deposit check remotely into bank account. Schedule and make our daily goal for office.
