1) I became a Caregiver because the well being of others concern me. 2) Being a Caregiver gives me the opportunity to help those in need and build never forgetting relationships. I have build strong relationships with all of my past patients and hope to make more. I also love the feeling of knowing that I am needed to help better someones life. 3) One personal achievement that I am proud of was being able to effectively change a particular patients life around. When I first met this particular patient he was a diabetic with high blood pressure, dementia and other illnesses. He was a non active, deta ched individual who didn't speak much. After working him for a couple of months he changed completely. He was then full of life, and didn't need his insulin and blood pressure pills anymore. From this experience I felt like I've made an irreplaceable bond that'll never be forgotten. 4) I am a very hardworking person with a doggedly determined mindset. I make sure that all aspects of the job are done and that the patient and their family are content at the same time. I am also an understanding, flexible, loving and euphoric person that's strives for a happy work environment. ... more
