I became a caregiver because of the passion I have for taking care of our older generation and the patience that is needed when dealing with the patients. I like being a caregiver because there is a connection you get when working with someone they become more of a patient but extended family. A personal achievement I am proud of is having the ability to have residents request me as their caregiver in my old facility. Something about me is I am a family member that is there to help with family when the immediate family cant. Im loving caring and careful when handling the elderly because I know their fragile and im patient knowing many are used to doing things their way. Also knowledgeable in experience and skill.
