I became a caregiver for plenty of reasons but one in particular was because of my late grandfather. Before he passed away from dementia had a caregiver but was still having problems with them understanding the disease and how to care for those with it. So I decided to become a CNA so I could learn more about this type of disease and to help those that cannot help themselves. I love being a caregiver because I love helping others as well as giving my clients the tender living care they deserve. I am proud of the fact that I completed and graduated from the CNA course training that I took. Also I applied a lot of the techniques that were taught, and was able to help one if my past clients gain some independence where she could do things on her own. I am 36 with two lovely children and I teach a praise youth & adult dance team at my church. I am a loving, honest, respectful, dependable, god fearing woman who aims to please.
