I became a nursing assistant because i was looking for a job that would be fulfilling. I wanted to feel as if I made a difference everyday in someone elses life. I like taking care of others, it makes me feel good when I go home at night knowing that I was able to provide professional quality care to those in need. I am proud of landing a job at the hospital after many interviews and a lot of waiting. It was a challenge because the job market has been so competitive. I am a caring and kind individual, I work very hard and enjoy my job. It took me years to find out what I was good at and what I enjoy as a career. I like my current position because i get to meet new people each and every shift that I work.
