Im a good companionship to them. I take seriously to give each one the care and needs they should deserve. I listen to their story, i will laugh with them, i will cry with them. I will always be there so they will never feel alone and confused. As i always say about an elder with dementia. "the mind may have forgotten but the heart will never forget.
