CARE FOR THE DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED The medication care manager is responsible for administration of medication in a safe organized manner and assisting with resident care.  The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, administration of medications, documentation of medication administration, and resident care.  The medication care manager completes required training, communicates with the wellness nurse and pharmacy, and becomes knowledgeable in the state requirements for medication care managers  Assists or instructs consumer’s on Activities of Daily Living (ADL's).  Provides care to consumer’s as defined in their ISP (Individual Service Plan).  Interact with consumers in a professional manner adhering to all human rights guidelines.  Transports consumers to all activities and appointments as specified by ELDERLY CARE:  Supervise other care staff.  Ensure the care and safety of 40 elderly residents with physical as well as mental impairments.  Serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and assist with feeding patients.  Escort patients to and from wards in nursing home and to and from doctors' offices.  Bath and clothe clients, and change bedding in clients' rooms.  Placed orders for both medical supplies and medications.  
