Hello! I'm Cassaundra! I use to be in the hospitality industry until Covid-19 started, I decided to not go back. I started working at Home Instead Senior Care at the end of 2020 and quickly discovered it was the best decision of my life! I'm on this earth to be of service, heal and nurture, it brings me pure joy! I have a background in nursing but did not complete the program. I'm at a point now in my life where I'm ready to continue my education and get my CNA and work up from there. I am a certified personal care assistant (PCA) and have worked with individuals with TBIs as well as children and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. I'm also CPR/First Aid certified, and have extensive knowledge of food safety, and experience in cleaning/organizing (work for two maids and a mop, as well as Koontz condo cleaning service.) I'm also spiritual and have natural healing abilities and have been told on many occasions that I have huge healing energy as well as general physical energy. I'm bubbly and have a bright and optimistic outlook on life. I'm known to make my clients laugh! I will be an asset to any team because caregiving doesn't feel like work to me, I absolutely enjoy it, I'm great at it and I have open availability (no kids, unmarried) so I'll be all yours and truly dedicated. I became a caregiver 22 years ago when (at that time) my mothers employer was looking for a 'fill-in' person. I gave it a try and absolutely fell in love with what I did! I love being a caregiver because I find great joy in helping others!! I have worked with a lot of Seniors and I have helped them to be able to stay in their homes! I have a passion for helping others! I am a very energetic, trustworthy, reliable and caring individual!! I am able to provide great references upon request!!
