I am attentive, creative, enthusiastic and hard working. I always feel I have room for improvement to be the best possible caregiver to clients- giving them patience and caring for their wellbeing, as well as their mental and physical needs. I became a caregiver to help, even though I didn't think I'd be a good caregiver. It was evident in my first day of training that I thought wrong. I have a natural instinct for helping and guiding others, allowing them to be independent yet assure them that I am there to help. I have my Certified Caregiving and Certified Nurse Assistant (and PCT) License for 9 years now. I am currently working as A CNA providing care to immigrants that need to quarantine but my job there will be ending soon mid December 2023. I began gaining experience in caregiving, assisted living, rehabilitation centers and have done 3 years night shift at St.Joseph's hospital. I am now in school to receive my bachelors as a Registered Nurse. I have a passion to strive for the care and needs of others as if they are apart of my own family. Hi I'm Claudia Saucedo. I'm a mother of 4 children and grandmother to 2. I have worked in private homes, for home health agencies, at assisted living and memory care facilities with responsibility for as little as 8 to as many as 25 residents as core staff and for agencies, at rehabilitation centers, with hospice patients, I am very well-rounded in experience and have done just about everything that goes with the job. Caregiving comes natural to me, and I love helping people. I became a caregiver when I started taking care of my grandparents about 25 years ago. When I am providing care to my residents or clients, I treat them as if I would my own grandparents. I know they are happy and very proud of me in the ways I provide care. I am a hardworking, compassionate, experienced caregiver that does not mind going above and beyond what is expected. I love when I can make someone's day with even the smallest request, a simple conversation, or see their faces light up and smile when I smile at them.

I believe what makes me a great caregiver is that I put my heart into helping the client as if it was my family member. I enjoy cooking and doing the clients Laundry. I like to make sure the client is always in a neat and clean area. What attracted me to care for elders is that I wish with all my heart to have had the opportunity to assist my mother, that is why I enjoy helping others that need me.

I went to school for a Medical Assistant then I became a in home care giver. I have my CPR card, also i got my First Aid card to. I took care of my friends grandmother and also I have the heart for this job. I love helping people that just want a friend or a person that needs a little bit of help or anything else.
