Hi, I first became a caregiver because I wanted to know what it was like helping someone in need. After my first client I realized how much I love being a caregiver. I enjoy everything about my job. I feal very lucky and blessed to have found my calling. I love learning new things especially if they are medical related. I have done case management in a residential home which included scheduling appointments, ordering medications and/or medical equipment, Interview and training new caregivers and weekly meal planning. I have worked with patients with COPD, hoyer lift,MS,Dementia and Alzheimer's and skin cancer treatments. I have also experience in hospice care. The bond that I create with my clients is a wonderfull experience. I like to bake and try new recepies. On my spare time I like to go shopping, do arts and crafts, read non fiction books and watch movies. Oh and I recently started painting.! I think everyone has something unique about themselves and what ever their talent is or was I like to get inspired by it and try new things.

I like to provide my help and companionship to our senior citizen who most of the time don't have many people to talk to . I like being able make a difference in people life by making them smile . Helping them with thier everday life . I just like helping others . I worked as a caregiver for 5-6 year now I took a break in the middle of those year worked with customer service ! Although it can be great job I rather works with senior . A job we're you don't stress as much. Dealing with customer services isn't something I wish to deal with . I feel like working with senior to sale are 2 very different things . And I enjoy my job as a caregiver.!My personal goal is to work very hard to save up and travel befor I start my own family .
