Hi, I'm Taja I go by TJ. I was a medical assistant And a CNA, I worked with dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I wanted more so I now work with adult with intellectual disabilities as a direct support professional and Supportive living assistant. I am very genuine, goofy, Fun, caring, loving, punctual, adventurous, hard working, and I always go the extra mile. I wanted to be in the medical field ever since I was 6 years old watching my grandmother go through malpractice, neglect, physical abuse and starvation by her Nurses Aide. My Grandfather felt hopeless and killed himself, and my grandmother was still going through it. I kneeled down at age 8 and said " don't worry mama I'm going to become a registered nurse and take care of you myself, we will have a big house and a nice car I promise". She just responded with a "mhmm". She ended up passing away a bit later. After that I kept my same promise for other people because I refuse to let anyone go through what I seen. I treat everyone like family.

I'm a good hearted lady who really enjoys caring for others. I was only 17 yrs old when I realized that I love to care for the elderly and the amazing rewarding feeling it brings me. My most enjoyable experience in this field is the smile on your face and the greatfulness of my clients. I have had so many wonderful memories of caring for my clients and I don't think of my clients as clients. I think of them as my family away from home
