I started being a caregiver because I was suppose take care of my step father once he got ill but he never made it because he gave up and I wanted to make a change and let's peopl know it's still hope. I enjoy caring for everyone, but the elderly hold a special place in my heart. Listening to them reminisce about the things they did when they were younger is one of my favorite things. They may not remember what they ate for breakfast, but watching their eyes light up when they tell me about a first love, a best friend from school or anything from their younger days fills my heart with joy. Previous experience in cancer care, dialysis care, COPD, emphysema, dementia, diabetic care and special needs. CPR/AED certified
