I have been a CNA for 30 +years. Ten or more of those years as a Caregiver, also. I have experience in long-term and short-term care. I have training in home health, hospice, palliative care, private sitter, and companion care. I work as a attendant now with At Home Healthcare, United Healthcare and a Diamond Professional Caregiver with CareLinx. I've taken the academy classes with CareLinx so I could refresh my skills. I have passed my background screening and I am CPR certified, too. I enjoy working with seniors because some of them have lived some adventurous lives. I am a very loving, outgoing, positive person! I decided I wanted to be a caregiver when I started helping take care of my grandpa and going to work with my mom as a child. Being around the elderly helping them and making them feel good made me the happiest person! What I enjoy the most!? I could go on!
