Hello my name is Esmeralda and I chose to be a caregiver at a young age I guess u can say . My grandmother raised me and she was the first person I took care of and I fell in love with it . I have patience and I love to sit with them and chat . They need someone to care for them as well as hear them out . Hear their stories hear them out , see their face light up knowing they are cared for . My only down fall is I get attached and it hurts my heart when I see them go . U loose a small piece of your heart . I love my job

I became a CNA in 2016 while caring for my Special Needs Daughter. I knew it was in me to do so. I've grown to Love to make peoples needs so much more easier. I'm still trying to continue my career as a future Nurse.

As a great caregiver I try to remain very positive all the time. I am an honest and trust worthy person Being patient, responsible, dependable and have great communication skills with my patients is at the most important to me. As a caregiver I am very empathetic towards my patients and compassionate, it is what establishes a great relationship with each patient. Understanding the patients needs and desires to be able to take care of them efficiently is at the most important to their family and myself. It is what makes work environment healthier and understanding for patient and healthcare worker. I became a caregiver to be able to help those who cant help themselves, to try and help them build the confidence some may have lost during some difficult moments they must have gone through if it may have been through some therapy, or a on going treatment they are still facing. Offer those encouraging words we all need to hear from time to time, show them some one cares if they have no one else to turn too. Being a caregiver gives me great feeling knowing that I have made a difference in someones life. When I see a patient has recovered more that 50 percent it gives me great joy to know I have made a difference in someones life. To have a patient to being speechless to even a good morning is a huge difference to me. Its what makes me want to go to work every day and know I will continue to make a difference in someones life.

I am a caring compassionate and love to be around people!!! I can provide superior care and at the same time spend quality time w patients who may need so help to obtain the life they so need to thrive in their everyday life to be happy and bring a precious smile to their face!!! I come all of that and more!!! I come w plenty of experience in geriatrics, Alzheimer's, adults with special needs/disabilities, autism, and or specialty diseases.

I've been a caregiver for 16years. I am caring and companionate. I like to treat people with dignity and respect. I find great joy in helping others. I find it to be my passion and calling to help others and be of some confort to them.

I'm not someone who's perfect but I'm someone who understands . I'm a very easy and out going person . I'm patient , quiet , and funny . I'm here to help those who can't or need help doing so. I love helping people and been someone that families can trust to care for there loved ones.. I got to been a caregiver when my grandfather became ill and our family had work and life situations in general that couldn't give him the help he needed. I decided to step up at a young and help out by been there for my grandfather when I could. To see the look on his face knowing he had not only his granddaughter but a friend a companion too be there and talk to and laugh and assist him for even the smallest things made him happy and made me feel so proud. I am proud to say I can make a huge change in people's lives. Everything counts.
