I am an extremely diligent, responsible, and reliable person with over 14 years of caregiving experience like ; different stages of alzheimer's, muscular dystrophy, ventilator, feeding tube, driving , shopping and more. I have CNA, First aid and CPR and training in dementia communication strategies ,Anxiety Reduction,Social Interaction,cognitive Support, psycho-emotional care, warm companionship reading, games & Activities ,Independent Living facilitation physical care, bathing & personal hygiene, dressing assistance,meal & feeding support, wheelchair transfer, I have extensive knowledge in providing long and short term care performing many duties, I assist my clients with daily living activities such as getting out of bed, toileting, showering getting dressed and other duties as needed. I am able to physically handle the work load and I also have a caring bedside manner with good interpersonal skills. My organizational and cooking skills allow me to provide nutritious food and complete all tasks in a timely manner and to be able to devote time to helping with other household duties such as cleaning laundry and dishes. I have specific experience in working as a Caregiver for clients with physical disabilities. I have come to know those whom I provide care for as family. I am an individual with an open mind and heart and a believer in the notion that children have something to teach everyone. My patience in caring for them is unmatched, and shows in the interactions I have with them every day. I am looking for a full time position anytime from 6:30am - 6:30pm.
