This position started out a companion position, which entailed taking my client to stimulating and interesting locations, such as museums, movies, shopping, nuseries, parks and more. The position transitioned into a full caregiver, assisting with all ADL's. While my client's cognitive ability has declined, we continue go on outings. My goal with my client is to make sure she is safe, happy and healthy. I truly enjoy working with my client. Her family has decided to move her to an adult family home, so my position will be ending.
