About Lanelle

I am a great caregiver because I do my best to help my clients see positive changes in their mental and physical lives. What I like about being a caregiver is that I can be able to immediately see the difference that my work makes. I like the relationships that I build with my clients and I really learn more about who I am when I help someone else become better. A personal achievement that I am proud of is obtaining my college degree. I went to Highline Community College for an AAS in business. At the same time I was working as a caregiver. I had to manage my time really well so that I can be able to balance my work and school life. There were times when I had too much on my plate but I remembered that everything will turn out fine and I had to just keep working. Quitting was not an option and communication to stay on top of my busy schedule was key. I wrote in a planner of what needs to be done, daily, weekly and monthly. This helped me keep organize and prioritized what was important for me to do. I was able to use my planner as a tool and it allowed me to graduate with an 3.8 grade point average and be a trusted caregiver. I am a very sociable person. I like to meet new people and can easily get along with others. I love to hear of different cultures and am accepting of the way people do things differently than I do.
