Hello my name is cari I am 24 years old and my love for working with the elderly first started when I worked in the kitchen at avamere for a year and served elderly people food and it didn't feel enough for me I asked and asked to be a caregiver there but was never given a chance. I then applied at the springs living in milwaukie and worked nights / swing for about 2 years with them working with elderly in assisted / memory care. There rotation schedule ended up making it hard to plan my life around so I started at riverside about 6 months ago working as a dsp and I love what I do, and my whole life have been known as the girl who helps others, i would love to work for someone who cares about there employees and gives consistent schedules :) I love helping others achieve their goals !!
