I'm a licensed RN in the Philippines. And I'm in the process of preparing to take my NCLEX-RN licensing examination in the US. Part of my job duties are to assist residents/patients with their Activities of daily living care needs, administer medications, taking vital signs , keep family updated on patient's condition and communicate with other care providers to ensure that the patient receives the highest quality care.
