About Abagail

I became a caregiver almost 11 years ago. I love spending my time taking care of other people. Seeing that you have made a difference in someone's life is probably the most rewarding feeling in the world. At this time I have moved so that I can be closer to the college I am looking to attend to further my education in the healthcare field. I couldn't see myself doing anything else but helping people in some way. I recieved my highschool diploma while working and raiseing a family while my husband was stationed over seas in afghanastain.

    I became a caregiver as a young child. Helping my cousin, Brian, who had Downs Syndrome, overcome fears and succeed made me deeply happy. I worked my way through college as a live-in caregiver, and relived the joy I had as a young girl helping Brian love life. If I had to give one reason that sets me apart as a caregiver, it is this -- love making others feel safe, content, happy, and challenged. By that, I mean motivated to overcome problems and feel hopeful once again.
