I've worked most of my career traveling to different Nursing Homes and Hospitals when they were lean on staff. Almost everyday was something different with new experiences and challenges. I am a very caring nurturing type person. I believe every client/resident should be treated with respect and dignity. My motto is to treat every individual as if it were my parent or grandparent. How would I want them treated and cared for. I also have had proper training for ventilator, memory care, skilled care, long term care and Therapy to name a few. I have the experience and can handle the changing environment that come with this population of people. I believe I do well in this area because of my positive attitude and always striving to be the best team player I can be.
