My name is Sharon. I have alot of experience in being a caregiver. I love getting to know my clients and building a relationship with them. I always find fun and interesting things to do and freebies out in the community to experience. I became a caregiver 20 years ago when I became a foster mother. I saw a tv commercial asking for fostercare parents to give a safe place and open heart to a child in need and my heart just melted my eyes were filled with tears.... I went for the training and got certified right away. I am trustworthy, dedicated, and patient. I enjoy knowing that I'm making a difference in someone else's life. The feeling of giving back fills my cup!! I'm also involved with many community service groups that ranges from special Olympics- Fostercare camp counselor- to prison retreat serve trips. During the summer - I completed my internship with NWSRA with the zumba class and the cheerleading team.. it was alot of fun and a good experience for me and the team. I'm most proud of besides my awards for creativity and Employee of the year, but also when I go to work in a group home, the clients get so excited to see me because they know how much I care about them and they know I will have fun things planned for them to try.. they won't be bored when I'm on the shift.

I've been taking care of people all of my life, but started working in the health care field about 10 years ago. Some of my clients experience includes providing care for the visually impaired, veterans, and Alzheimer's patients. I know the importance of family life and how important it is for seniors to stay in the comfort of their home. i would love to have the opportunity to add value to your loved ones life!
